Let me start at the beginning, I am the second owner of the tablet,The tablet is an Asus w,It came with Win7, it was upgraded to Win8.
The only programs that are installed are Classic Shell, and Avast antivirus. The lost space was recovered when I selected delete everything and refresh my pc. My 2 biggest concern is that I don't know the win8 license key , as the win7 sticker is on the bottom of the tablet, and I am not sure where the recovery software is located on the ssd. When I tried the upgrade last time it seemed to download correctly ,but it crashed during the install.
