If the RMA form is missing or incomplete, we are entitled to refuse any warranty services. Unless otherwise agreed, the warranty period shall generally be 24 months. For customers who are registered with us as resellers, the warranty period is 90 days. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.

The warranty period is neither extended nor renewed by asserting a warranty claim. Claims under warranty are excluded in the following cases, insofar as these have become causal for the occurrence of the defect:. This includes in particular traces of use and wear on parts that are subject to use-related or natural wear, such as mechanical parts or batteries. Services under this warranty are further excluded if service and repair work has not been carried out by us or by a service provider authorized in the individual case.

The customer is free to suggest a service provider for maintenance work. German law applies. In the case of consumers, this choice of law shall only apply to the extent that the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state of the consumer's habitual residence is not thereby withdrawn favorability principle.

Focused on the management requirements of the data center network, Cisco DCNM provides a robust framework and comprehensive feature set that can meet the routing, switching, and storage administration needs of present and future data centers. Cisco DCNM automates the provisioning process, proactively monitors the LAN by detecting performance degradation, secures the network, and simplifies the diagnosis of dysfunctional network elements.

This approach replaces the traditional purpose-built matrix switches with one or more OpenFlow-enabled Cisco Nexus switches. You can interconnect these switches to build a scalable tap or SPAN aggregation infrastructure. In addition, you can distribute these sources and traffic monitoring and analysis tools across multiple Cisco Nexus switches. The Cisco Nexus platform supports a wide variety of Megabit Ethernet and 1, 10, and 40 Gigabit Ethernet connectivity options.

Features and capabilities Algo Boost technology allows the Cisco Nexus X and XL to achieve exceptionally low latencies of nanoseconds ns or less for all workloads. Benefits: Multicast NAT and latency monitoring leads to simplified co-location integration and enhanced traffic visibility and troubleshooting. Warp mode can further reduce latency to ns for small to midsize Layer 2 and 3 deployments.
